Talk Fusion has come a long way since it was first started in 2007, and recently they’ve been awarded Technology Marketing Corporation’s Product of the Year Award. That award doesn’t just go to simply creative products, it’s also a recognition of companies who are highly reputable in their customer service. Talk Fusion certainly has exemplified that, and with their latest WebRTC recorder, they won their second award from TMC in just one year. For Talk Fusion’s founder and CEO Bob Reina, this award reaffirms what his company is all about and how it will continue to build efficient marketing solutions for customers.
So how did Talk Fusion get started? Bob Reina stumbled across an idea that at the time seemed quite absurd to many, but he decided to pursue it until he could make it work. That idea was to turn recorded video files into emails that could be sent without having to use the files as bulky attachments. It took a couple years to do, but Reina and a friend of his were able to do it and do it so well, they decided to start a company that would sell the product. Talk Fusion took off from there, and turned the video email product into a large suite that also featured online chat, a live meeting platform, and signup forms for customer leads. They recently added the WebRTC recorder that allows users to take a little snap video from their webcam and convert it to email or newsletter.
So Talk Fusion adopted a reseller program in which anyone interested in making commission pay could join if they met the requirements. In the reseller program, associates refer other customers to the products they want, and then customers signup for the products under the associate’s name. But if customers want to see what a product does before buying, they can signup for Talk Fusion’s free trial program in which they can test any product they want for 30 days free, and no credit card is required.
