This has occurred for 21 straight years at Academy of Art University’s School of Fashion. The event held its latest show on September 9, 2017 at Skylight Clarkson Square. Everything that claims to be the next trend in Style surfaces at the event. During the present season at Academy of Art University, 10 BFA and MFA graduates introduced womenswear and menswear lines along with several collaborations.

Each designer designed from a diverse background. Their diversity includes from coastal Main to China, and every place imaginable in-between. The diversity and richness of ideas and design techniques were quite impressive. Hours of classes at the Academy of Art University provided internships, and workshops that helped prepare participants for 15 long minutes on the runway.
